As a DVLA registered number plate supplier, it is our responsibility to check your legal entitlement to the registration you are asking us to manufacture for you. You need to provide us with 2 document reference numbers that prove your name, address and entitlement to the registration. These reference numbers must be traceable to you and can be obtained from us by the Police, DVLA or the DVSA without notice at any time for any reason. We are required by law to collect this information from you.

You can use one of the following to confirm your name and address:

  • Driving Licence, with or without a photo (Does not have to be issued in the UK)
  • Utility Bill (Council Tax, Gas/Electricity bill (From the last 6 months)
  • Bank or Building Society statement (From the last 6 months)
  • National ID Card (Issued by the Government of a State or territory other than the United Kingdom)

You can use the following to confirm your entitlement to the registration:

  • Vehicle registration certificate (V5C)
  • New keeper slip (Green slip)
  • Certificate of entitlement (V750) to the registration
  • Retention document (V778)
  • Vehicle Tax reminder or SORN (V11)
  • Temporary registration certificate (V379)
